Aluminum Letters

Lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum letters in cut or fabricated form, ideal for exterior signage on any substrate.

Aluminum is the default metal for exterior signage in the United States for good reason: it does not rust, it takes paint and powder coat beautifully, and it is light enough to mount on substrates that would never carry steel. Aluminum letters cover everything from small suite numbers to twelve-foot building identification, and they hold their finish through decades of sun, salt and freeze cycles. We stock a full range of gauges from 1/8 inch through 1/2 inch plate and cut on laser or waterjet as the job requires. Edges are deburred and finished, then the letters move to paint, powder coat or anodizing. For coastal and high-UV installations we recommend powder coat over wet paint and will flag it during quoting rather than after the fact. Standard specification options include 5052 and 6061 aluminum, 1/8" to 1/2" plate, Powder coat or wet paint and Anodized finishes. Sizing covers 2" to 144" letter heights with custom logo shapes. Finish and color options include any ral or pms color, brushed and mill finish, clear or color anodized. Lighting is specified as non-illuminated, halo lighting available. Mounting methods available are stud mount, flush mount, pin mount with spacers, rail or backer mount. If your project needs something outside these options, tell us on the quote form and we will engineer it rather than push you toward a stock item that only half fits. Typical applications for aluminum letters include Storefronts, office parks, apartment complexes, warehouses, wayfinding, suite numbers and exterior building identification. Because every order is built to your supplied artwork and dimensions, the same product line covers a single one-off installation and a national multi-site rollout without any change in quality or specification. Quality control is handled in-house at every stage rather than left to a final glance before packing. Artwork is checked for production feasibility before anything is cut, materials are inspected on arrival, and finished work is signed off against your approved proof by a second pair of eyes. Anything electrical is powered up and run before it is boxed. If something is wrong when it reaches you, we remake it, because a callback costs your shop far more in reputation and labor than it costs us in material. Wholesale Sign Maker supplies this product on a trade-only basis to sign companies, fabricators, installers, print shops and resellers across the United States. Pricing is tiered by volume, so the more you order the better your landed cost, and registered wholesale partners see their pricing applied to every quote automatically. We never sell direct to your end client, never put our branding on your work, and never contact the customer behind your quote. Blind shipping straight to the job site or to your client's address is available on request, so the delivery arrives looking exactly as though it came from your own shop. Production lead times depend on size, finish and quantity, and we confirm a firm ship date in writing with your quote rather than after you have committed to your own client. Rush production is available on most items. Everything ships from the USA, is packed to survive freight, and arrives with the fixings, patterns and documentation your installer needs to finish the job in a single visit. Send us your artwork, dimensions and quantities through the quote form and our trade desk will come back with wholesale pricing, material recommendations and a production schedule.
